Skills

Relevant degree or certifications in IT administration, with basic networking knowledge.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Knowledge of help desk software and remote control tools.Good knowledge of Apple MacOS administration and basic networking.Excellent troubleshooting skills.Ability to work independently and maintain customer satisfaction.Bonus: Experience as a service desk agent or IT administrator, and understanding of the SaaS or technology industry.
