Real Estate Sales Manager

UAE - Dubai

Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales agents to achieve sales goals and targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to expand market share and maximize sales revenue.
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales agents, providing ongoing coaching and support to ensure their success.
Set sales targets and performance metrics for the team and monitor individual and team performance against goals.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats in the real estate market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to generate leads and referrals.
Negotiate and close sales transactions, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for both buyers and sellers.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track progress and measure performance against targets.
Stay updated with industry regulations, market trends, and best practices in real estate sales and marketing.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in real estate transactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role in the UAE real estate market.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including current trends, regulations, and pricing.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
