  • Frequently monitoring the ingredients stock to detect requirements and place orders ensuring the expenses are within the company budget.

Skills

  • Experience in developing pastries, cakes and related items in a professional setting.
  • A skilled pastry chef capable of utilizing the appropriate ingredients according to the preparation.
  • Proven experience in handling food sanitation in the kitchen and ensuring that all bakery items are prepared according to the standard regulations.
