Planning Engineer in MEP construction background with 8+ years of experience in UAE.

• Knowledge in detailed MEP construction program (Cost & resource Loaded) in Primavera (P-6)

• Monitoring and executing projects with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts & time over-runs to ensure timely execution.

• Responsibility of setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your team and aligning them with leadership goals.

• Managing on-site activities to ensure completion of project within time & cost parameters and ensuring effective resource utilization to maximize output.

• Planning material for obtaining timely procurement of materials & equipment at cost effective prices to ensure smooth execution of projects.

• Reviewing contract drawings / specifications and ensuring implementation of main contractor / consultant review comments in timely manner

• Inspecting sites to observe & evaluate facilities and collecting field survey data & measurements for Billing.

• Identifying and mitigating actual and potential delays.

• Contract performance measurement and reviewing program for sufficiency and accuracy.

Preparing reports for presentation to senior management. • Updating the Project program & Assessing progress of the works.

• Preparing Claims & Delay Analysis

Skills

Working experience, skill & qualifications

• Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Electrical.

• Must be independent, resourceful, and good team player.

• Good initiative, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

• Able to use Primavera P6 on advance level.

• Able to use MS-Office package especially MS -Excel on advance level.

• Able to write clear and concise technical reports for the management.

• 5+ years of experience in MEP Projects.

• Experience in the GCC /Gulf is a must in construction market.
