Responsibilities:
Welcome guests upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures.
Provide personalized recommendations and assistance with dining, entertainment, and local attractions.
Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, and tickets for guests as requested.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local area amenities.
Assist with luggage handling and storage when needed.

Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably in a concierge role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think quickly on your feet.
Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
