Job Description :-

  • Identify and qualify potential client  through strategic prospecting, cold calling, and targeted outreach to generate sales-ready leads.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Initiate and manage outbound calls, emails, and social media interactions to create interest and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date prospects and lead information.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, opportunity generation, and other metrics as defined by the company.

Qualifications :-

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of market trends, competitor behavior, and customer behavior.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in relevant sales software and tools.
