Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and industry trends aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders through networking, outreach, and relationship-building activities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and pitches that showcase the company's engineering expertise and capabilities.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to inform business development strategies and decision-making processes.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and market data to assess the effectiveness of business development initiatives and identify areas for

Technical Expertise:

Apply engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices to understand client needs, address technical challenges, and deliver innovative solutions.
Participate in project planning, design, and implementation phases, providing technical insights, feasibility assessments, and cost-effective recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, project managers, and business professionals, to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects.
Stay abreast of industry advancements, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to anticipate market trends and adapt business strategies

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs, preferences, and expectations.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical expertise, problem-solving support, and value- added services to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings based on client feedback and market insights.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues to maintain client trust and loyalty.

Project Management:

Assist in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects within established timelines and budget constraints.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and external stakeholders to facilitate project progress, mitigate risks, and achieve project objectives.
Monitor project performance, milestones, and deliverables, conducting regular reviews and assessments to identify opportunities for process improvement and

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; master’s degree Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant certification.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management within the engineering industry.
Strong technical proficiency in engineering principles, design methodologies, and project management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects
