As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic, leads, and conversions for our clients. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies that maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve business objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and programmatic advertising.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies and optimize targeting parameters.
  • Create compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement and conversions.
  • Set up and manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • A/B test ad creatives, targeting parameters, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance and maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics teams, to ensure alignment of messaging and strategy across all digital channels.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and recommend innovative approaches to drive performance and results.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to clients on campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and opportunities for optimization.

 


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
  • years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on driving measurable results and ROI.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and draw actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work and achieving measurable results.
  • Google Ads certification and/or other relevant certifications is a plus.
