Customer Service Officer

UAE - Dubai

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media channels, providing accurate information and timely resolution.
Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, order status, and other related queries.
Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and gather feedback to improve service quality.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales, operations, and logistics, to address customer needs and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer databases.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.
Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

Proven work experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and customer service software.
Positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
