Customer Service Representativ

Job Description:
To expand our team, we are looking for a warm and motivated customer service representative. The ideal applicant will have a strong commitment to offering outstanding customer service and promptly handling inquiries. As the main point of contact for our clients, you will handle their issues, respond to their inquiries, and give them details about our goods and services in your capacity as a customer service representative. Salary – (4000-6000)

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support through live chat, email, and phone.
- Answer questions from customers as soon as possible and efficiently handle problems.
- Ensure that the customer relationship management system accurately records all interactions and transactions with customers.
- Work along with other team members to guarantee smooth client interactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks and multitask in a hectic setting.
