Job Opportunity: Guest Service Agent
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Dubai. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments and issuing room keys.
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to guests.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating and addressing their needs proactively.
Monitor and respond to guest reviews and feedback on online platforms.
Uphold hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guests.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer skills.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
