Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Ensure efficient integrated services and communications are provided to the business to reach optimum satisfaction and relationship rates• Manage and ensure delivery of second line technical application support activities to internal customers including scheduled business reports.• Own, plan, and manage the operational enrolment of any new or revised services in alignment with standard operational procedures.• Manage day-to-day IT operational activities in the retail division and ensure services delivery on time as per customer’s expectation. Preferred Competencies: · Foundation on:o ASP.NETo Object Oriented Programming (OOP).o Search Engine Optimization (SEO).o Software Engineering fundamentals (Software Lifecycle). · Web Technologies:o ASP.Net Web Services and WCF.JavaScript and Typescript, AJAX, HTML and HTML5. · Database Servers and SQL:SQL QueriesSQL Database Administration Mobile Application and Systems:Android & IOSHTML5.Windows operating system suite
