- Liaise with Sea Freight, co-loaders, shipping lines, fleet to ensure timely delivery of customers shipment to a various destinations to meet customer demand with no delay.
- responsible for coordinating on-ground operational procedures between business units and the Commercial team
- Receive the job order from the client/ CRM.
- Confirm the ability and availability of order execution
- Maintain good relations with key persons inside the co. whether Headquarter or Business units and perform good networking inside the ports & fleet providers
- Track and analyze various reports such as expenses sheets, delay statements, etc. and communicate the same with the Account Managers
