- Responsible for immediate order entry, confirmation after checking availability and processing, and constant updating of corresponding customer base data in the SAP system.
- Export Documentation Preparation: including but not limited to Proforma Invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, , shipping instructions , B/L,…..etc.
- Contact with shipping lines , forwarders and other Service Providers, such 3rd Party Inspections, Insurance, …..…etc. to book , load containers and other require export logistics activities , .
- Implement Lead to order & Order to cash processing including sampling, quotation, proforma invoice preparation and order confirmation.
- Compliance: It is imperative that you ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies pertaining to export activities.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in trade regulations, tariff schedules, and customs procedures, implementing necessary adjustments to ensure compliance at all times.
- Implement timely processing & shipping of Marketing Materials : samples , Catalogues ,….etc. according to predetermined lead and delivery times
- Communication and Coordination with other Departments to ensure smooth and accurate data entry on systems & smooth delivery of the order to the clients.
- Handling Orders and provide support to clients.
- Do the monthly export forecast & send to planning department.
- Follow with the production team to produce & storage the forecast in export storage.
- Sales order and outbound delivery then send delivery number to loading department.
- Executes activities related or any other duties assigned to his/her function in safe and environmental methods.
