  We are looking to hire an active Senior E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist to join the e-commerce team, to work on international business opportunities and diverse markets. The ideal candidate is ready to roll their sleeves and adapt to the fast-paced growth.

Senior Fulfillment Specialist Responsibilities:

• Follow-up with order fulfillment, delivery, and warehouse processes in a timely, efficient manner.
• Track all orders via delivery software.
• Maintain inventory levels, stay alert when in need of restocking, and make replenishments on time with manufacturers.
• Document, analyze, and improve demand and supply planning processes.
• Maintain E-Commerce customer relationships by helping to process client quotations and transactions.
• Contribute to the implementation of systems for increasing E-Commerce customer
• retention alongside other Client Services Team members.
• Assist the Marketing and Sales Team with special requests (i.e. expedited orders,
• sample requests, etc.).
