Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.Proven experience (5+ years) in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management, with a focus on international shipping and global supply chain operations.Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.Excellent understanding of transportation logistics, including carrier management, routing, and scheduling.Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software applications.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving operational excellence.Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in the shipping and logistics industry.
