- Designing and updating job descriptions.
- Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Wuzzuf, LinkedIn, Indeed.)
- Screening incoming resumes and application forms.
- Conducting Video & In-Person Interviews.
- Preparing and distributing assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.
- Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards and internal systems.
- Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Providing job offer details, compensation and benefits to the personnel team to proceed with offers.
- Updating Departments’ Managers with HR Interview & Language Test Feedback.
- Following up with Departments’ Managers with Technical Interviews Feedback.
- Collaborating with Managers to identify future hiring needs and updating the hiring plans on the company’s internal system.
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or a similar role. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Degree in Human Resources or related field.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.Experience with sourcing techniques.Fluency in spoken & written Arabic and English.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
