About the Role:
We're seeking a passionate and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in elevating our brand awareness, lead generation, and overall marketing strategy. You'll be responsible for overseeing our digital presence across various agencies while also crafting winning marketing campaigns and business strategies for long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and business development goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
- Manage and oversee agency relationships, ensuring they align with our marketing strategy and deliver optimal results.
- Create high-quality content (written, visual, and video) tailored to various marketing channels (website, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
- Stay current on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, recommending and implementing innovative solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, operations, etc.) to ensure marketing efforts support overall company objectives.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, ideally within the real estate industryProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaignsStrong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing)Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and translate data into actionable insightsExperience managing relationships with marketing agencies (a plus)Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite toolsCreativity, initiative, and a strong work ethicFluency in Arabic and English (both written and verbal)
