Job Description

  • Study project documents BOQ, drawings and contract.
  • Issue projects procurement plans. 
  • Prepare RFQ and follow up supplier inquiries. 
  • Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractor financially and technically. 
  • Ensure material ordered conform to specifications and quality. 
  • Follow up material submittals and approvals. 
  • Prepare supplier comparison and select suitable supplier. 
  • Issue purchase orders.
  • Issue contracts for subcontractor. 
  • Prepare supplier comparison and select suitable supplier. 
  • Follow up orders delivery time, material testing and supplier payment. 
  • Supplier and subcontractor evaluation
  • Survey current market price and status. 
  • Update supplier and subcontractor database.

Job Requirements

  • Electrical engineering bachelor’s degree. 
  • At least 4 year of experience in the same field. 
  • Background in the construction field.
