Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Advisor - English Account at Sutherland in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Support Advisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer contact, counseling clients, and providing effective communication and support to customers.


Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Multi-tasking abilities.Patience when handling tough cases.Grad, Gap year, Dropout and Undergrad with no attendance can apply.
