Required for a construction company specialized in Curtain Walls and Aluminum Walls

Job Duties:

• Work on shop drawings and design, cutting list, survey of raw materials for Aluminum work, Curtain wall.
• Prepare shop drawings for production processes and cutting list for fabrication.
• Preparing shop drawing of Aluminum Facade works, glazing works.
• Prepare shop drawings for aluminum profiles (Cladding and curtain wall).
• Provide technical expertise and guidance in aluminum detailing, including façade systems, curtain walls, windows, and structural components.
• Prepare technical proposals by reviewing tender documents/ drawings, prepare technical offers.
• Issue and process requisitions for quotations to subcontractors/suppliers.
• Solve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at the offer that may arise at any time.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure alignment of design intent with project requirements.
• Prepare and finalize all required documents/approvals/tests by consultants in projects.
• Study project drawings, specifications, and related documents.
• Coordinate with procurement and manufacturing teams to source materials and components required for aluminum detailing projects.
• Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope.
• Act as a connection between subcontractors, design team (architects, engineers, consultants), and client.
• Collaborate with operations staff and other estimators to ensure that General Conditions and Requirement items are appropriately captured in the estimate.
• Perform assessment on subcontractor proposals to ascertain if scope is covered and also manage the risk of scope gaps.
