We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing and Sales Representative to join our medical training company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our courses, and facilitating their enrollment. Additionally, the candidate will be tasked with managing our social media presence and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.

Preference will be given to candidates who reside in Zayed or October City, or nearby areas, to facilitate accessibility to the workplace and enhance local community engagement.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the healthcare or education sector.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes, with a good understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities for business growth.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends is a plus.
