- Create training materials and operating manuals.
- Analise raw food, packaging, and finished food products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Analise data and identify trends to pinpoint areas for improvement in food safety and quality.
- Testing of incoming raw food materials and quality of finished food products to make sure it's complied with company standards.
- Assist sales or other departments with food product specification, certification and quality related document requests.
Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar roleWorking knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assuranceSolid knowledge of relevant regulatory standardsGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent data collection and analysis skillsStrong attention to detailRelevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance SpecialistAble to start work in short periodUnderstanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.Minimum 2 years of QC experience in food manufacturing, retail and supermarket or a related industry is a plus.Previous experience in Seafood manufacturing will qualify the candidate easily.
