  1. Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, directing, and assisting them appropriately, and ensure timely update of the company external visitor’s log.
  2. Respond to and effectively prioritize incoming phone calls, in addition to keeping a detailed phone log and taking down messages.
  3. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages flow in & out of office through dispatchers or courier services.
  4. Monitor the office supplies, ensuring availability of items.
  5. Assist in maintaining an accurate and organized filling system and update records consistently as required (soft and/or hard).
  6. Follow up and monitor office activities related to outsourced service providers.
  7. Ensure that the facility is always kept clean and presentable.
  8. Supervise the cleaning services at the office & prepare meeting rooms for internal & external meetings.
  9. Ensure the adherence of blue collars, and accurate recording of their daily attendance.
  10. Assist in coordinating any related business travel arrangements required.
  11. Ensure implementation of effective office management policies and immediate reporting of any incident of incompliance.
  12. Receive administration-related complaints from internal customers and ensure timely reporting.

AcademicBachelor’s degree in business administration, or any related disciplines.Experience:2 - 3 years of experience in a similar position.Skills:Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).Fluency in English Language is a MUST.Presentable.Position CompetenciesCustomer orientationFocus on results Teamwork and collaborationQuality & Attention to DetailsProblem solvingEffective Communication
