Factory Manager

Egypt - Cairo
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field. 
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing medical supplies factories. 
  • Strong leadership and excellent communication skills. 
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills. 
  • Deep knowledge of quality, safety, and occupational health standards. 
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
  • Required Tasks: 
  1. Oversee all operations in the factory, including production, delivery, and quality assurance. 
  2. Develop and implement production plans to achieve company goals. 
  3. Manage the workforce and ensure efficient and effective performance. 
  4. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and occupational health standards. 
  5. Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers. 
  6. Prepare periodic reports on the performance of the factory.
