Sales Manager:

1-Preparing, designing and implementing the company’s strategic sales plan to open new business markets.

2- Attracting new customers according to the company’s strategic objectives.

3-Dividing the company’s strategic plan into short-term plans, distributing them to sales representatives and following up on their achievement

4-  Study and analyze the market and competitors and identify growth opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of competitors.

5- Managing, following up and evaluating the sales and marketing team and determining their tasks, responsibilities and goals in accordance with the company’s sales and marketing plan.

6-Conducting meetings and interviews with prospective and current customers to present the company’s services and price offers, customize offers according to customer requirements, and consolidate long-term relationships.

7-Preparing periodic monthly and quarterly reports for senior management on the performance and results of the company’s sales and marketing plan. 

8- Ability to build, train and develop a sales team. 

 


BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.Excellent communication skills - High leadership skills - Planning and organization skill - Ability to lead negotiations with companies - Good English - Excellent computer skills.He has proven experience ranging from 7 to 10 years in the same job.
