- Prioritize selling products and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage the receiving of deliveries, including unloading and scanning, and forward them promptly to the sales floor.
- Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards for the assigned department, including cleaning, ensuring displays are neat, well-merchandised, and priced correctly, and arranging back stock and warehouse items.
- Conduct physical inventory as necessary.
- Reserve items as instructed by management.
- Prepare and maintain displays for promotional items.
- Ensure the protection of company assets.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge for the assigned department.
- Adhere strictly to company regulations and procedures.
- Stay informed and updated on any changes relevant to the role.
Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.Understanding of the retail sales process.Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.Basic math skills.Track record of achieving sales targets.Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.Flexibility to work various shifts.
