- Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and strategies to optimize cash flow management and mitigate financial risks.
- Monitor and analyze cash flow forecasts, liquidity positions, and financial market trends to make informed decisions regarding investment opportunities and funding requirements.
- Manage relationships with banking institutions, including negotiating terms and conditions for banking services, maintaining banking relationships, and evaluating banking services and fees.
- Oversee cash management activities, including cash pooling, cash concentration, and cash flow forecasting.
- Monitor and analyze interest rate movements, foreign exchange rates, and market conditions to identify hedging opportunities and minimize currency and interest rate risks.
- Manage and coordinate the organization's investment portfolio, ensuring compliance with investment policies, and optimizing investment returns.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations on treasury activities, including cash flow analysis, investment performance, and risk assessments, for management and stakeholders.
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree and relevant certifications (e.g., CTP, CFA) are preferred.2. Proven experience in treasury management manufacturing field 10 to 12 years 3. In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, banking operations, and treasury systems.4. Strong understanding of financial markets, interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk, and hedging strategies.5. Proficiency in using treasury management systems and financial software (SAP).6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.7. Leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a team.8. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
