- Assess the impact of a business change, identifying high impact areas and subsequently building an appropriate change strategies and plans
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support the implementation of organizational changes.
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify potential risks and resistance to change.
- Create and deliver effective communication materials to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Articulate a compelling case for change, and coach Change Sponsors (and our own team) on messaging, influence and behavior modelling for their teams.
- Design and delivery of change initiatives such as training, communication enablement, change network enablement, Org design, operating model alignment, cultural embedding, measurement and continuous improvement
- Demonstrate excellent client management and engagement skills.
- Setting up and developing a Change Network to ‘Champion’ the change with the client, ensuring adoption remains high in the short and long-term.
- Support the closure of the project and ensure the client is able to transition to business-as-usual
Change experience around people, process and technologyRelevant professional consulting or advisory experience.Application of business change management theories.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a relevant field is required+15 years experience in Change management field or related rolesShould be Proficient in writing technical reportsHas experience in writing technical proposalsHave a real passion for technology and how it positively influences development of the workplace and employee roles and experience.Plan and drive partner engagement, leadership alignment, impact analysis, learning/training, communications, business readiness, deployment, and adoption measurement.Experience leading ground-breaking projects for customers.Microsoft technologies, e.g. Office 365, Teams, Dynamics CRM, Skype for Business, SharePoint, Yammer etc.Experience working in multi-functional and complex teams.Change management certification is a plus.
