THE SHORT VERSION: Will be heading the financial team (three accountants) working in the field of import, export and distribution. A position for a person that is technically capable and wants to take the step to being a leader, in a company that is growing quickly and constantly. You will be responsible for the transformation from Excel to ERP.

Digital Transformation

• Take part in evaluation and selection of the ERP software to be utilized.
• Act as the project lead for all implementation steps together with the selected supplier.

Financial Accounting

• In charge of maintaining all accounting records, ledgers, revenues, operating expenses and insurance records.
• Streamline monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting process.
• Reporting on supplier and customer aging.
• Coordinate the external audit and the information/materials needed for the external auditors.

Budgeting

• Prepare the 5 year business plan based on management team inputs.

Cost Accounting

• Responsible for all product landed cost calculations.

Tax

• Manage all the tax aspects of the business.
• Prepare and deliver the necessary periodic tax forms on time.
• Coordinate all activities with the external tax adviser.
