As a Tele-Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products or services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to stay motivated in a high-pressure environment. Your primary goal will be to turn prospects into active clients and meet sales targets.
- Contact potential customers through cold calling and follow-up on leads.
- Explain products or services in detail over the phone and answer any questions from customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that best satisfy those needs.
- Maintain records of calls and sales, and note useful information in the CRM system.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections and close sales.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on product or service features.
- Ensure compliance with telesales regulations and best practices.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Tele-Sales Representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in marketing or sales are a plus.
