A leading Building Solutions company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Functional Consultant to join their team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to employees or business units by analyzing their business needs, and designing and implementing software solutions that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for training new employees on the use of the software, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and providing ongoing support. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Must have in-depth knowledge of functional and technical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics troubleshooting.
• Must have experience with managing FinOps in Finance and Supply Chain modules
• Understand the employee issue and requirements and support them with the functional specifications
• Design and implement software solutions that meet business needs
• Train new and existing employees on the use of the software
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for employees
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field from an accredited institution or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of experience, with at least 3 years with MS Dynamics and FinOps
• Excellent analytical skills to understand multiple IT platforms.
• The ability to communicate on a professional level.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of business applications and databases.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
