  • Assist culinary team to enhance team spirit, develop credibility, respect, openness and trust.
  • Supervise, collect, and evaluate all essential ingredients for food preparations for successful kitchen operations.
  • Preventing any damage to kitchen equipment so that the quality is maintained in cuisine preparations.
  • Assisting the managers and colleagues in utilizing kitchen equipment to perform multiple kitchen tasks efficiently.

Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or relevant position in Italian cuisine
  • Strong knowledge of Italian culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
  • Valid food handling certificate

Desired Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience working in Italian restaurants or similar establishments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional dishes consistently
  • Experience in menu development and costing
