Job Description:
- Work with the owner to align on menu innovation and creative direction, fostering a positive, open feedback environment.
- Manage and develop homegrown brands, ensuring their identity and standards are consistently upheld.
- Ensure recipe accuracy and cost-effectiveness, maintaining food costs within 0.5% of theoretical costs.
- Train and mentor kitchen teams, ensuring consistency and compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

Qualifications:
- Open for French, Western Europeans, and Indian nationalities
- 48 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- At least 3 years of restaurant experience in the similar role within Kuwait or Middle East
