Customer Service Representative

Amaken is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for an international manufacturing company based in Lebanon.

Responsibilities:
Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, in collaboration with the Customer Service Manager
Coordinate with colleagues and the CSM to ensure effective delivery of products, services, and information
Accurately document incoming information and facilitate proper transfer to relevant parties
Process customer requests, orders, and complaints
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and suppliers
Keep thorough records of customer interactions and feedback
Assist management with research tasks and screening phone calls
Analyze various customer service metrics to provide insights
Propose and implement initiatives for continual service improvement
Support the implementation of the company's quality management system
Fulfill any additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sciences, or equivalent.
3-5 years’ experience in related field. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken. French is a plus.
Strong ability to manage telephone communications and be an active listener.
Negotiation Skills.
Good computer skills. (Familiarity with MS Office.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
