JOB SUMMARY

The merchandiser position entails ensures that the shelves of a retail store are stocked with products and displays them accordingly for customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
• Ensure the replenishment process from preparation to merchandising
• Report any stock discrepancy encountered during the workflow
• Assist in periodic and annual physical inventory
• Regularly monitor stock levels of pharmaceutical products and medical supplies.
• Implement efficient restocking procedures to optimize inventory turnover and minimize stock outs.
• Conduct regular inspections of merchandise to identify products nearing expiration
• Maintain accurate records of expiration dates and disposal activities for auditing purposes

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Minimum a Baccalaureate level is required; university degree is a plus
• Minimum two years of related experience preferably in a pharmacy
• Available to work extended hours
