Tasks :

• Customer Care Excellence: provide customer service through various channels including phone, e-mail, and chat. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Account management : effectively manage overdue accounts by initiating contact with customers and devising suitable payment process.
• Negotiation and Problem solving : utilize strong negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers, and insure payment collection on time.
• Documentation and Reporting : maintain an accurate records of customer interactions, payment agreement and collection efforts. Generate reports to track collection performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Compliance & Ethics : adhere to all relevant regulations and company policies related to customer care and debt collection practices. Uphold ethical standards in all interactions with customers.

Requirement :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer care. Debt collection or related field preferred
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
