Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and assess user requirements.
• Design visually appealing artworks and collaterals for our social media channels.
• Develop intuitive and engaging UI/UX designs for our website and other web development projects.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for social media.
• Ensure all designs align with our brand identity and sustainability mission.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to enhance user experience.

Skills

Requirements and Skills

• Degree in Design or related courses is preferred
• 2+ years or more of demonstrable experience in related work is a must
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva (must), Figma (must), Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch,  Axure, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent graphic design skills with a focus on social media content creation.
• Content development in both copy and designs, for Social Media posts.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, web development principles, front end development is preferred, but not a mandatory requirement.
• Knowledge of SEO/ SEM or website development would be a plus, but not a mandatory requirement.
