  • Perform professional quality massage within the scope of practice and license. 
  • Create excellent client experience through friendly and helpful attitude. Suggest service offerings suitable for and beneficial to the client. 
  • Take detailed client history, note any health conditions, and adjust techniques as necessary. 
  • Attend and participate in meetings, trainings, and business events. 
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized spa facility, materials, and products. 
  • Check inventory and report to management to ensure uninterrupted, and smooth operation.  
  • Comply with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations. 
  • Report any incidents related to work like negative client feedback and misconduct to management. 
  • Maintain excellent hygiene especially during summer and always be presentable. 

Skills

  • massage therapist certification preferable
  • at least 2 years of experience as massage therapist
  • experience working in a spa preferable
  • strong interpersonal communication skills
  • time management abilities
  • demonstrated sales and customer service skills
  • currently in UAE
