We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records and reports, performing account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. This role will play a key part in supporting the financial operations of our organization and contribute to its overall success. Responsibilities: - Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy of financial data - Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Perform account reconciliations and ensure transactions are recorded correctly - Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts - Contribute to the improvement of internal controls and financial processes - Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support financial operations

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role - Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - CPA or CMA certification is a plus
