Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist Sr. Technical manager during the Transition period between projects team and FM team, such initial Handover and Final Handover of the new or refurbished projects.
- Assist Sr. Technical manager for Initial handover and Final handover from Projects team.
- Review Project handover documents such as O&M Manuals, As-built drawings, warranties etc
- Coordinate the Defect Liability Period (DLP) with the Projects team, DLP contractor and consultant.
Skills
Preference:
- 5-7 years’ experience in construction or facilities management projects
- Strong problem analysis, solving and research skills.
- UAE experience is mandatory.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Degree/Diploma and completed training in relevant aspects of mechanical or electrical assets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
