Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, supporting the chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation and other tasks.

Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
Ensure all kitchen surfaces, including counters, sinks, and floors, are kept clean and sanitized.
Help with the proper storage and labeling of food items.
Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotation.
Dispose of kitchen waste according to the established guidelines.
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures.
Support chefs and kitchen staff in any additional tasks as needed.
Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with kitchen team members.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Good physical stamina, as the role involves standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
