Job Title: Social Media Manager for Luxury Retreat Home

About Us: We are a luxury home retreat offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life in Amman. Our property is marketed primarily through Instagram/Facebook, and we’re seeking a motivated and creative individual to manage our social media presence.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop and post engaging content (stories, posts, reels) to showcase the beauty and tranquility of our retreat home.
- Community Engagement: Keep our Instagram account active by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and growing our audience.
- Booking Management: Respond promptly to booking inquiries received via Instagram DMs and coordinate with the owner and on-site caretaker to manage reservations.
- Audience Growth: Implement strategies to increase our following and engagement on Instagram, attracting potential guests and enhancing our online presence.
Requirements:
- Current university student or recent graduate, ideally with experience in managing social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of Instagram features and trends, with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, both Arabic and English.
- Ability to respond quickly and professionally to booking inquiries.
- Highly organized and capable of coordinating with the owner and home’s caretaker to ensure smooth operations.
