Job duties and responsibilities
- Review Fabric Maintenance and structural inspection reports / anomalies. Propose campaigns for closure.
- Facilitate Fabric Maintenance anomalies, review meetings and initiate agreed corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain 5 years, 1 year, 90 days, 28 days’ plans for Fabric Maintenance activities and structural repairs.
- Provide input into the planning process with sufficient detail to meet planning gate criteria and upload into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Oracle.
- Prepare Fabric Maintenance work packs in consultation with Fabric Maintenance Engineer and Fabric Maintenance Inspection Coordinators.
- Report on work pack development progress.
- Follow through with the implementation phase with the Construction Team. Monitor and support offshore Fabric Maintenance activities at sites.
- Ensure that all Fabric Maintenance activities are carried out on schedule and give adequate notice and justification of any adverse impact to the plan attainment.
- Prepare and publish weekly and / or monthly Fabric Maintenance activities progress reports.
- Continually review and ensure optimum processes and personnel are in place to enhance efficiencies and improve productivity.
- Provide input to Asset Integrity and Inspection personnel to develop inspection strategies and programs to address threats to the asset integrity.
Job qualifications/requirements
- Minimum 10 years Fabric Maintenance execution experience in the oil and gas industry, including 5 years preparing work packs for fabric maintenance execution. Working experience in aging assets would be an added advantage.
- Preferably candidates with at least a high school diploma or equivalent with professional training in AutoCAD preferred.
- Experience in project planning (Primavera, MS Project) and preparation of work requests for upload into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo, SAP or Oracle).
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office), including Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Good written and verbal knowledge of English and good interpersonal skills.
