We are expanding and actively looking for passionate and highly motivated Business Formation Specialist with experience in Corporate Service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in company formation services and must be a Russian-speaking. Responsibilities:

1. Promptly engage with new leads within 5 minutes of their inquiry or expression of interest.

2. Understand and analyze clients' needs while emphasizing the significance of nurturing trust and long-term relationships.

3. Present comprehensive details of company services, elucidating requirements, costs, timelines, and the step-by-step process involved.

4. Attend to and assist clients at the office as necessary, ensuring a personalized and supportive experience.

5. Efficiently convert potential leads into clients by effectively showcasing the company's offerings and solutions.

6. Initiate and manage payment collections from clients, including the creation and distribution of proforma invoices.

7. Gather and organize all client requirements, storing them in the designated folders for easy access and reference.

8. Keep clients updated on the status of their processes, promptly informing them of any unexpected issues, delays, or the readiness of documents for collection, such as IDs.

9. Collaborate with the processing team, providing necessary requirements to initiate procedures and ensuring a seamless and expedited process flow.

10. Create detailed client profiles within the CRM, encompassing the services/products availed and comprehensive client information, facilitating efficient future interactions and follow-ups.




Skills

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Russian-language (spoken and written).
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience in company business setup services.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai's business setup procedures and legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
