Our success is built on a fantastic student experience coupled with award-winning teaching and world-class facilities that help students develop the skills and attitudes employer’s demand Faculty / Directorate The Faculty of Business and Law in Dubai offers a range of programmes, including the LLB Law, which aims to prepare and develop entrants to the legal industry with the knowledge and expertise to make a significant difference in the legal profession. Role We are looking to appoint part time lecturer (s). You will be required to contribute to teaching a range of undergraduate modules in Law. Including but not limited to: Land Law, contract law, consumer law, constitutional and administrative law, criminal justice. Your teaching duties will consist of preparing and delivering lectures and seminars, feedback and office hours, marking, moderation, and other administrative tasks and organisational responsibilities. You will lead/manage/teach/assess modules at the undergraduate level. You will engage with students, the industry, and the academic community. Ideal Candidate We are seeking applicants with expertise in English Law. To be familiar with delivering teaching and learning in higher education. You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all members of the University community. You will share DMU’s passion for providing outstanding and inclusive outcomes for all its students. Ideally, you will hold LLB in Law and + a postgraduate qualification in Law.
