DHL Global Forwarding has an opening for a Head of IT Renewal Roadmap where you will be responsible for the functional or economical management of demanding projects achieving their objectives, while taking account of the costs, deadlines, resources and quality for which the incumbent is responsible; support the creation of solution during the rollout of IRR 2.0 projects while maintaining the group design, support and execute the deployment and implementation of IRR 2.0 program topics across an allocated area of responsibility as well as manage a large Team of Benefits realization specialists and deployment Managers across MEA. In this Head of IT Renewal Roadmap position
- You will be responsible and accountable for the successful deployment of IRR 2.0 programs in MEA.
- You will manage piloting and deployment of new systems or enhancements from the business side in close collaborations with BUIT and other functions.
- You will put in place the appropriate Governance structure, process, and procedure to manage and control the overall program,
- You will ensure that the country prep & hyper care process is managed in a good and effective way.
- You will handle change management and process transition at the country level alongside Deployment Managers.
- You will resolve issues and change management within share governance structure.
- You will develop and maintain a productive working relationship with program team members and other key stakeholders by establishing and maintaining regular and effective communications.
- You will introduce and steer innovation across the Functions and manages the innovation solution, increasing effectiveness and efficiency.
- You will negotiate and influence business decisions with clients/customers and partially defines relevant terms and conditions for functional area of responsibility in line with Group/Division standards and guidelines.
- You will design Participate in IRR/SE activities (e.g. workshops, meetings, and awareness sessions).
- You will lead & manage large Team of benefits realization Specialists and Managers across MEA at number of locations.
- You will manage a large team of indirect reports across functions and products in MEA at Country SMT & Project levels,
- You will develop a team spirit of effectiveness in the team.
Now, here’s what we need from you
- Deep 4–7 years knowledge of AFR, CDZ, OFR and industrial projects
- Country product management experience
- Good Knowledge of different realities in the MEA region
- Exposure and knowledge of the Global DGF entity
- Bachelor Degree or Higher in Information management or general management
