Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a friendly, detail- oriented, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team.

You will be the primary point of contact for clients and customers, providing assistance and support to ensure their satisfaction. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to the overall success of our customer service department.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and efficiency.

Provide accurate information about services, products, and company policies.

Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain customer records and process transactions accurately.

Assist in managing bookings, reservations, and schedules as required.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient problem resolution.

Provide information on airport procedures, local amenities, and transportation options.

Stay up- to- date with product knowledge and company offerings to best serve customers.

Track and follow up on customer interactions, ensuring all issues are resolved.

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar customer- focused role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem- solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.

Friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or a related field are a plus
