Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain client relationships

- Conduct market research

- Assist clients with pricing and marketing strategies

- Conduct property showings and facilitate transactions

- Stay updated on industry regulations and market changes

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years of proven real estate experience

· Expertise in Off-Plan and Secondary markets

· Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred

· Excellent communication skills

· Valid driving license (owning a car is an advantage)

· Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market

· RERA broker card (Not Mandatory)

· Professional demeanor and strong character

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

Real Estate: 2 years (Preferred)
