  • Collection of sales orders both from sales and marketing team and directly from the customers.
  • Arrange sales invoices based on the sales orders and approvals provided
  • Attend the incoming calls within the department
  • Resolve issues like complaints from customers, suppliers etc. & that is to be reported immediately to the warehouse manager for further action

Skills

  • Previous association with a company in the role of a customer service executive or representative.
  • Familiarity with WMS, Oracle systems and practices.
  • Adept in addressing client questions through effective telephonic conversation.
  • Commendable presentation skills to convey important points to the audience effectively.
  • A skilled individual, capable of completing assigned tasks and responsibilities in the defined schedule.
  • Proficient in operating the latest versions of appropriate CRM software and Office Suite.
